Góðan dag and Velkomin!
Eikarvik is a small viking living history group from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. While our Nordic interests are based in the humanities and arts, it is important to us that we maintain a historically accurate representation of the Viking age while being as immersive as we can be. This includes constant study of scholarly and reputable resources explaining how peoples of the age utilized the land, weaponry, and the overall development of their culture over a millenia.
We truly appreciate your interest in us and thank you for being a part of our historical travels. Please do not hesitate to contact us using the the Get In Touch form and donating to our cause at the bottom of this page!

Oak Bay - Folk Music
Live Cut EP
Oak Bay
Oak Bay is folk music duo Joseph Goldsmith and Neil Abercrombie of the Nordic reenactment group Eikarvik. In old Norse, Eik means oak and Vik means bay. The shores of Long Bay South Carolina have many oak trees so naturally the name Oak Bay had to come for the duo. This EP is a live cut of Joseph on guitar and percussion and Neil on autoharp
